We are a young marketing agency with our seat in the heart of Waldbröl.

We develop strong social media strategies and additional marketing measures for our clients that not only please, but also work.

Aufgaben

Kundenkommunikation & Beratung

• Hauptansprechpartner:in for clients in daily business
• Koordination and execution of meetings, jour fixes, and feedback terms
• Professional management of customer feedback including prioritization and forwarding
• Surety of transparent, proactive, and solution-oriented communication

Termin- & Projektkoordination

• Planning, coordination, and follow-up of project and client meetings
• Creation and maintenance of timelines, editorial plans, and project overviews
• Surety of timely implementation of all social media measures
• Overview of ongoing customer projects and deadlines

Content- & Kampagnenplanung

• Planning and coordination of social media content (posts, reels, stories, ads etc.)
• Coordination of content themes, formats, and publication periods
• Surety of content releases including feedback loops with clients
• Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of campaign launches and content rollouts

Internes Task- & Teammanagement

• Coordination of internal tasks between design, video, copy, performance & strategy
• Briefing of internal teams based on client requirements
• Prioritization of tasks and resources in agency daily life
• Follow-up of to-dos and surety of clean handovers

Feedback- & Qualitätsmanagement

• Structuring and steering of feedback loops (internal & external)
• Summarizing, preparing, and forwarding feedback
• Quality control of content before client release
• Surety of consistent brand communication

Qualifikation

You should bring this 💡

We are looking for people who get things done and don't hesitate.

• Studium? Not necessary. (But a plus point.)
• Ausbildung? Not necessary. (But a plus point.)
• Vorerfahrung? Yes, definitely. (Not in every area, but somewhere you should have some practice.)
