Marketing Program Manager

Location: Mexico City / Hybrid Full-time We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager to lead and optimize premium support programs for enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll activate and manage five core service pillars, align internal teams, and ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Own program-level delivery, aligning expectations, commitments, and outcomes. Translate high-level requirements into actionable plans across multiple teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and track key metrics such as program ROI, customer satisfaction, and team performance. Program Management: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder management. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development. Communication: Develop and deliver clear and concise communication to stakeholders, including regular progress updates and program reports. Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve program-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
