Tasks

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Development of creative content, posts, graphics, and videos – from social media to landing pages
• Performance Marketing & Analytics: Analyze and optimize campaigns, keep an eye on KPIs, and increase conversions
• Paid Advertising & Community Growth: Combine organic reach expansion with targeted paid campaigns (Ads)
• Trend Scouting & Marketing Innovation: Discover new platforms, formats, and marketing trends and bring them to the team
• Event & Live Marketing: Support workshops, events, and internal formats with targeted marketing measures

Qualification

• Interest in Startups and AI: You are passionate about innovation and the startup world
• Experience in Marketing & Communication: Or you are joining with motivation
• Initiative: You take action and work independently
• Organizational Talent & Team Player Mentality: You are structured, cooperative, and organized
• Open Personality: You bring energy and good spirits to the team
• Communication Skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Studies or Orientation: You are studying marketing, communication, business administration, or a similar field, or are looking for an orientation internship
