Marketing Intern

cross-ING Group AG is an independent Swiss engineering company headquartered in the Winterthur Technopark with further branches in Switzerland and Germany. We offer our clients diverse engineering services and combine technical know-how with innovative solutions.

Our marketing team ensures that our services, projects, and people become visible. To do this, we are looking for a motivated individual who wants to support us as part of an internship (50-100%) for 12 months, learn new things, and enjoy turning ideas into action.

Your Tasks

• You will support us in creating content for our social media channels and our website.

• You will research topics, prepare content, and write texts for various communication media.

• You will help us with the preparation and implementation of our trade fairs – especially with material orders, logistics, coordination, organizational tasks, as well as setup and dismantling on-site.

• You will take care of the provision, management, and post-processing of our trade fair and marketing materials, as well as orders and warehouse organization.

• You will assist in designing presentations, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

• You will support the editing of images and videos as well as the implementation of creative ideas.

• You will support the team with administrative and organizational marketing tasks.

• You will contribute your own ideas and learn how versatile marketing can be in a company.

What You Bring With You

• You are interested in marketing, communication, media, or design and want to gain practical experience.

• Ideally, you are currently completing or have recently completed an apprenticeship or a degree in a relevant field.

• You enjoy practical organization and implementation of events and are willing to lend a hand on-site when needed.

• You are digitally savvy and interested in social media, content creation, and current trends.

• You enjoy writing and designing and have a good command of language.

• Initial experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable tools is an advantage.

• You communicate well in German; English skills are a plus.

• You are motivated, eager to learn, reliable, and enjoy working in a team.

• You enjoy getting involved, are open to new tasks, and actively contribute your ideas.
