You want communication not just implemented, but strategically shaped? Then take on the central role in internal and external corporate communication at our company and develop effective PR and marketing concepts.

The position is with 35 hours and initially limited to 2 years.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for internal and external corporate communication
• Development and implementation of PR themes, including preparation and presentation of briefings
• Linguistic preparation of technical and industry-relevant content for various target groups
• Maintenance and representation of our reference projects
• Collaboration and coordination with PR and media agencies
• Creation of communication materials, presentations, and newsletters
• Planning, implementation, and further development of online and offline marketing measures
• Independent planning, creation, and publication of social media content
• Conceptualization, planning, and execution of events
• Support for our association memberships, including theme and contribution planning
• Development of creative communication ideas and concepts
• Bauing and implementation of stringent storylines for presentations
• Editorial maintenance and content development of the LAVA website
• Research on industry-specific branch topics, trends, and regulatory developments
• Reporting, evaluation of success, and performance-oriented work
• Safe and experienced handling of image material and graphic elements

Qualifikation

• Degree or comparable training in the field of marketing, communication, media, or journalism
• First to several years of experience in corporate communication and event planning from an advantage
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Routine use of Microsoft Office and KI-based tools in daily work
• Experience with newsletter tools desirable
• Knowledge of content management systems (e.g. WordPress) from an advantage
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Teamwork skills and excellent communication strength
• High flexibility and quick understanding ability for new topics
• Proactive attitude, creativity, and joy in bringing ideas to life and implementing them
