Marketing & Personal Recruiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing & Personal Recruiter, who will strengthen our growing team. In this role, you will take on a key function in personnel development and talent acquisition. You will not only win new talents for our agency, but also develop and implement strategic recruiting campaigns for our customers.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of recruiting strategies for our customers
• Talent acquisition and candidate management through various channels
• Creation of job postings and recruiting campaigns on social media
• Maintenance of the entire application process from A to Z
• Bulding and maintenance of candidate databases
• Collaboration with customers in defining job profiles
• Reporting and analysis of recruiting metrics

Qualification

• At least 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or HR
• Experience with recruiting tools and ATS systems
• Safe communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for social media and digital marketing
• Very good German and English language skills
• Independent and structured work style
• Interest in marketing and personnel management
