Marketing Owner / Head of Growth (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the complete marketing outcome: Leads, applications, CAC, scaling and the team.
• You work independently, data-driven and with full decision-making authority.
• The management evaluates exclusively KPIs – no micromanagement.
• You decide on channels, budgets, tests and scaling.
• The management sets goals & budget frameworks.

Qualification

Your Goals:

• CAC –20 to –30 %
• A stable lead pipeline for all core services
• Lead-side scaling of 1 new area or 1 new service
• +30–50 % qualified applications at a stable or decreasing CPL

Your KPIs

• CAC
• Leads per month per service
• Conversion Lead → Customer
• Cost per application
• Qualified applications per month

Framework Conditions

• 5-day week
• Up to 4 days remote, 1 presence day (Cologne)
• Startup environment, high self-responsibility

Expectation (90 days)

• KPIs & Funnels transparent
• Mesurable CAC improvement
• Team ownership taken over
