Then join our marketing team as Marketing Project Manager (m/w/d) and support our marketing leadership in planning, steering, and implementing various marketing initiatives. In this role, you will take on a central interface function and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, structured, and with high quality.
Your Mission at Our Company
- Project Coordination & Implementation Steering: Support in planning, prioritizing, and tracking various marketing projects – from campaigns to product launches, trade show appearances, and special projects.
- Resource & Project Planning: Coordination of timelines, alignment of priorities, and ensuring a smooth project workflow in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners.
- Budget Management & Forecasting Support: Support in planning, maintaining, and monitoring marketing budgets as well as preparing relevant evaluations and forecasts.
- Reporting & Organization Management: Coordination of reports, maintenance of relevant project and performance data, and preparation of information for the marketing leadership.
- Affiliate & Partner Management: Support in organizing, coordinating, and developing existing affiliate and cooperation partnerships.
- Event-, Reise- & Meetingkoordination: Organization of trade show appearances, offsites, productions, travel, and other marketing events including logistical planning.
- Operative Support in Daily Business: Taking on various ad-hoc projects and organizational tasks to relieve the marketing leadership and ensure an efficient workday.
What You Should Bring
- 2+ Years of Experience in Project Management: Ideally, experience in marketing, operations, or agency fields with responsibility for multiple parallel projects.
- Outstanding Organizational Talent: You keep the overview even when dealing with many ongoing topics and work structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management: You communicate securely with different stakeholders and coordinate topics reliably across various teams.
- Zahlenaffinität & Budgetverständnis: You feel comfortable handling budgets, forecasts, and reports and work data- and solution-oriented.
- High Self-Responsibility & Implementation Strength: You recognize the need for action early on, think with it, and bring topics proactively forward.
- Sovereign Handling of Project Management Tools: Ideally, you have experience with Jira, Airtable, or similar tools.
- Experience in Dynamic Environments: Start-up-, scale-up- or agency experience is an advantage. What's more important to us, however, is your adaptability and hands-on mentality.
- Marketing Understanding as a Plus: You don't have to be a marketing expert (m/w/d), but you should bring interest in marketing topics and understand how different marketing measures interact.
