Job description
Hands-on HubSpot experience across lifecycle email, automation and platform administration, supporting both mid-market and enterprise go-to-market motions Fluent with email marketing best practices (segmentation, deliverability, testing, personalization) Experience building lead scoring and grading models from scratch Familiarity with consent frameworks across regions (GDPR, CAN-SPAM etc.) Analytical mindset comfortable building reports and interpreting performance data Comfortable experimenting with different approaches to optimize results
