Your future area of responsibility as Marketing (m/f/d)

Our continuous expansion has prompted us to seek a talented individual who will actively shape the external image and market presence of the Austro LBK Group. As a Marketing employee, you will combine your passion for communication and brands with the fascinating world of agricultural, construction, and municipal technology.

We are looking for you if you enjoy diverse marketing tasks, drive projects independently, position our brands DEUTZ-FAHR and JCB effectively, and implement new ideas together with our teams.

As part of our company, you will undertake, among other things, the following tasks:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies and marketing plans for DEUTZ-FAHR and JCB in Austria
• Creation and preparation of target group-oriented content for the website, social media, newsletters, sales documents, and other communication channels
• Management and further development of our digital channels, the website, as well as image, text, and marketing materials
• Planning, organization, and follow-up of trade fairs, open houses, product presentations, customer events, and dealer events
• Collaboration with manufacturers, dealers, sales, product management, and external service providers
• Analysis of relevant marketing metrics and creation of regular reports for success monitoring
• Monitoring of market and industry trends, budget planning and control, as well as ensuring a consistent brand image

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

Completed training or degree in marketing, communication, media, business administration, or a comparable field of study

• Professional experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, technical, or agricultural environments
• Interest in agricultural, construction, and municipal technology, as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with technical products
• Experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and events
• Confident use of digital communication channels and social media
• Excellent written communication skills and a good feel for target group-oriented content
• Organizational talent, structured working method, and enjoyment of coordinating multiple projects
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to implement tasks independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a professional demeanor
• Good analytical skills and confident handling of marketing metrics
• Knowledge of common AI, Office, graphics, content management, or marketing tools is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
• Driver's license class B and willingness to undertake occasional business trips and participate in events
