Marketing Employee (M/F/D) Part-time 16 Hrs./Week

We are a family-run winery with a passion for first-class wines. To further strengthen our brand and specifically drive the sales of our wines, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will enrich our marketing with fresh ideas and structure.

Tasks

• Management and further development of our website and online shop
• Planning, creation, and sending of our newsletter
• Conception and implementation of our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook & Co.) – from content planning to posting
• Design of flyers and advertising materials for tastings, events, and farm sales
• Further development of our brand and corporate identity (branding)
• Creation of sales and advertising materials with a clear focus on the sales of our wines
• Participation in the planning and promotion of tastings and winery events

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, ideally in the Food & Beverage, premium goods, or retail sector
• Proficient in using common CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (e.g., Canva, Affinity/Adobe InDesign/Photoshop) for flyer and content creation
• Creativity, a feel for language and visual worlds, as well as an eye for cohesive branding
• Independent, structured way of working
• Passion for wine and regional products is an advantage
• Knowledge of newsletter tools (e.g., Mailchimp, CleverReach) is desirable
