The Kleiser Medical GmbH with its headquarters near Lake Constance unites three brands under one roof – with different target groups, markets, and growth potential:

• Kleiser Medical (B2B)
  develops and distributes high-quality consumables as well as hygiene and disinfection solutions for u.a. the medical and dental sector.
• cleseBIOSCIENCE (B2C)
  stands for modern phage-based skin care and research in areas such as acne and neurodermatitis. We develop scientifically founded products at the interface of biotechnology, dermatology, and consumer healthcare.
• PhageP (B2B & B2C)
  focuses on individual phage-based therapy approaches and works closely with doctors, laboratories, and patients to enable new ways in dealing with complex bacterial infections.

While Kleiser Medical has been successfully established in the market for many years, cleseBIOSCIENCE and PhageP are in an exciting growth and development phase.

We are looking for people who don't just 'work' marketing, but want to actively develop brands, make them visible, and strategically shape them.

Aufgaben

You won't just work on individual marketing measures here, but will be responsible for further developing three different brands in a visible, understandable, and professional manner.

The role combines creative, strategic, and technical aspects of modern marketing. Depending on your experience and interest, you can set your own priorities – for example:

• Brand & Content
• Social Media & Campaigns
• Web sites & digital platforms
• SEO / GEO & visibility
• Tracking, Analytics & Performance
• Interface management & digital processes

You don't have to be perfect. What's more important is that you bring interest in modern marketing and digital technologies and a willingness to take responsibility.

Markenaufbau & Strategie

• Further development and positioning of our brands
• BUILDING awareness, trust, and recognizability
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Support in building new target groups and markets
• Translation of company goals into concrete marketing measures

Content & Kommunikation

• Creation of content for web sites, social media, newsletters, and presentations
• Development of creative campaigns and communication ideas
• Involvement in storytelling, branding, and visual brand guidance
• Support in advertising materials, product communication, and campaign materials

Digital & Growth

• Maintenance and further development of our web sites and landing pages
• Support in SEO/GEO and visibility building
• Optimization of digital user experiences and marketing processes
• Support in tracking, analytics, and performance evaluations
• Involvement in automations and digital workflows

Analyse & Optimierung

• Evaluation of campaigns and marketing measures
• KPI-tracking and data-based optimization
• Identification of new growth and visibility potential

Qualifikation

You bring with you

• Multiple years of experience in marketing, brand, content, or digital fields
• Interest in brand building, digital technologies, and modern marketing tools
• Structured and self-responsible working style
• Creativity and/or technical understanding
• Experience with web sites, CMS systems, or digital platforms is an advantage
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, analytics, or performance marketing is a plus
