Aufgaben

The wind is blowing well, there are still so many opportunities to explore together!

Your tasks on deck:

• You develop the further development of the marketing strategy for NORSAN Tschechien actively with
• You manage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and develop a monthly editorial and content plan
• You plan and organize live events on Instagram and implement them independently
• You steer our cooperation and influencer marketing in the B2C sector - both online and offline
• You develop newsletters, creative campaigns, and cross-media concepts that excite our community
• You develop marketing measures and materials, such as press ads or flyers
• You discover new trends and platforms (e.g. TikTok, podcasts) and set them creatively for our brand - and you're not afraid to stand in front of the camera yourself

Qualifikation

This is what we expect from you:

• You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing - ideally with a focus on social media marketing
• A completed degree in the field of marketing, communication, business administration-marketing or a comparable training are advantageous
• Czech is your native language and you speak German or English well
• Tools like Canva, CapCut, and WordPress are not foreign words to you, but part of your daily routine
• You have ideally already worked with Google Ads or Meta Ads - no must, but an advantage
• You have a genuine desire to make something happen, look beyond the horizon, and work solution-oriented
• A connection to nutrition and health topics is very desirable
