Marketing Manger - AI Systems & Growth - (all genders) - 100% Homeoffice

This role is not a classical marketing job and also no pure AI role. We are looking for someone who understands marketing and translates it into scalable AI systems. Your task is not to manage individual campaigns forever yourself. Your task is to design marketing processes so that AI Agents can take over: Research, Messaging, Campaign Logic, Testing, Optimization. In short: You build the marketing team of the future, consisting of AI Systems.

Aufgaben

• Break down existing marketing processes (e.g. ABM, Social Media, Research, Campaigns)
• Setup and operation of internal AI Marketing Agents
• Design of End-to-End Workflows from ICP Definition to Campaign Iteration
• Integration of modern tools and platforms (LLMs, Clay, Zapier, Make, CRM Systems)
• Ongoing testing and improving of Prompts, Agent Logic, and Data Flows
• Measuring economic effects (Pipeline, Leads, Efficiency, Scalability)
• Tight cooperation with Marketing Leadership, Sales, and Executive Management

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in marketing (B2B, SaaS, Growth, Demand, Content or Performance)
• Deep understanding of Funnel Logics, Target Groups, Positioning, and Effectiveness
• Practical experience with KI-Tools and Automation – not just experimentally, but productively
• Ability to break down problems into systems and rebuild them
• Curiosity, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for questioning things
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and driving topics without rigid guidelines
