Marketing Manager:in - Social Media Partnerships (20-24h/Woche)

Get The Flat is the innovative solution to make apartment searching in German major cities significantly simpler, faster, and more efficient. We are a small, ambitious startup based in Berlin and are currently looking for support in marketing with a focus onSocial Media Partnerships and creative content creation.

Tasks

What you will do:

• Maintenance and expansion of our Social Media partnerships (mainly Instagram), including planning, booking, and implementation of Sponsored Posts
• Active acquisition of new Social Media partners (creators, pages, media)
• Development of content ideas and formats, as well as their implementation in concrete contents (e.g. posts, stories, simple reels with Canva or etc.)
• Planning and execution of regular content on our own Social Media channels
• Monitoring and control of performance to continuously improve content and collaborations

Optional additional marketing topics may include (e.g. offline marketing or content/campaign marketing).

Qualification

What qualifications you should meet:

• At least 1 year of practical experience in marketing, preferably in the field of Social Media, Content, or Partnerships
• Very good understanding of Instagram and social media mechanisms
• Creative flair for content and the ability to develop and implement own ideas
• You can work with simple image editing programs (e.g. Canva) and potentially also video editing (e.g. CapCut)
• You are completely confident in German and English.
• Hands-on mentality, self-initiative, and enthusiasm for challenges.
