Marketing Manager in Social Media & Creator (m/f/d)

We're not developing the next cream; instead, we're building a new category with SkinWater: water as the first step in every skincare routine. Our product is already sold worldwide, and we're growing fast. Our office is located right in the heart of Frankfurt – small enough that your idea today can be online tomorrow, and large enough that it reaches thousands of people.

Responsibilities

• You will develop, plan, and execute content for Instagram and TikTok.

• You will build our international creator network: from research and initial outreach via DMs to initiating collaborations.

• You will manage ongoing creator collaborations and coordinate briefings, product shipments, follow-ups, and reposts.

• You will maintain our creator database and ensure that contacts, conversations, and collaborations are systematically documented.

• You will coordinate UGC productions with creators and agencies.

• You will monitor social media trends and identify early on which formats, topics, and creators fit the brand.

• You will contribute ideas and feedback from the community to the team and collaboratively develop new content with us.

Qualifications

• You have a strong passion for beauty, skincare, marketing, or design.

• You are familiar with current trends on Instagram and TikTok and have a good intuition for what will be relevant next.

• You can identify which creators fit a brand and which do not.

• You enjoy writing DMs and engaging in direct communication with people.

• You have a good sense for content, language, and aesthetics.

• Experience in content creation, video editing, or creator marketing is a plus, but not a requirement.

• You communicate confidently in German and English, as our team and creator network are international.

• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and consistently bring tasks to completion.

• You have at least 15 hours per week available. Whether full-time, part-time, or as a working student, we'll figure it out together.
