We are looking for a hungry Marketing Manager*in who is ready to start in one of the super exciting E-Commerce growth fields in Germany, and is willing to grow faster than anywhere else.

Aufgaben

Depending on your focus and strengths, you'll grow into one of the following areas – or bring yourself across:

• Performance Marketing: You support in building and optimizing funnels, steer paid media campaigns on Meta and Taboola, and develop a sense for how creatives, advertorials, and offer pages work together.
• Email Marketing & CRM: You work on email flows, campaigns, and segmentations, learn how Klaviyo is strategically used, and develop an understanding of how email works as a revenue and retention channel.
• Creative Strategy: You develop creative briefings, analyze customer language from reviews and comments, conduct competitor audits, and work closely with the media buyer to systematically develop creatives.

Qualifikation

• You have first-hand experience in one or more of the mentioned areas:
• Performance Marketing, Email/CRM, or Creative Strategy, and know how digital marketing works fundamentally.
• You think in channels, target groups, and customer journeys and have a basic understanding of how paid media, content, and CRM work together.
• You work data-driven, know relevant KPIs, and are able to make decisions based on numbers, even if you haven't done it daily yet.
• You bring a good language feeling with you and can formulate ideas clearly, whether in briefings, campaign concepts, or copy.
• You learn quickly, work independently, and don't wait for perfect conditions to tackle things.
• You are hungry, development-oriented, and want to really make an impact in a growing E-Commerce environment.
• Idealistically, you have first-hand experience with DTC, E-Commerce, or a product-related environment.
