Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As a Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will manage our entire marketing – centrally and across departments. You will maintain an overview of all projects, channels, partners, and trades, coordinate externally and moderate internally. Website, campaign, or shooting: You are in charge. A role with enormous scope for creativity and direct access to the founder.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and plan marketing – across all channels and projects
• You are in charge: whether it's website adjustments, campaign development, or shootings
• Coordinate external trades: content, design, shootings, website – brief, provide feedback, approve
• Maintain and manage social channels: LinkedIn & Instagram – brief, post, community
• Campaign management via Meta & Google – together with external partners
• Interface with sales: Collect sales and customer feedback and transfer it into new measures
• Internal communication and moderation: Roll out materials, team announcements, build SharePoint marketing structure
• Coordinate events and release dates

Qualifications

What you need:

• A good overview, reliability, and self-motivation – you drive topics forward yourself
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B
• Career changers explicitly welcome: e.g., from project coordination, graphic design, or events
• Experience in managing external trades and internal processes (communication, events, release dates)
• Fluent German, proficient English

This is a plus:

• Basic knowledge of Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience working with agencies and service providers
