Aufgaben

As Marketing Manager:in with a focus on Social Media, E-Mail Marketing, Performance Marketing, and PR, you will take on a central leadership role in our corporate center and report directly to the management board.

To your tasks belong:

• Co-Leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns in close coordination with the management board and ensuring that marketing channels and activities are optimally aligned
• Strategic and operational leadership and further development of nine Instagram channels based on local analyses and individual channel strategies
• Concept, build-up, and scaling of nine TikTok channels
• Selection, approach, and care of cooperation partners as well as responsibility for the contract in the area of cooperations
• Further development, maintenance, and strategic expansion of existing reporting structures including KPI monitoring and performance analysis
• Drawing conclusions from recommendations for continuous optimization of social media and performance marketing performance

Qualifikation

• Completed studies or training in the field of Marketing, Communication, Media, or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in Social Media Management, ideally with a focus on Instagram and TikTok
• Experience in collaboration with content creators and influencers
• Very good understanding of social media trends, platform mechanics, and community dynamics
• Safe handling of CI guidelines and brand guidelines
• Safe handling and comprehensive know-how in data-driven marketing (Paid, Performance, CRM)
• Analytical thinking and experience in reporting and KPI-based work
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable working style
• Communication strength, organizational talent, and hands-on mentality
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, etc. graphic programs is a plus
