We are ivyclip and we have reinvented the hair clip: a flexible hair clip that does not pinch, break, or slip. We have received over 10,000 orders in less than 6 months after launch and want to grow this year to 100,000 orders.

To achieve this, we need you: the person who brings ivyclip into every feed.

Aufgaben

• You build our Creator-Programm strongly, from seedings to smaller creators up to large paid cooperations.
• You own our channels (Instagram, TikTok): editorial plan, ideas and community together with our founder.
• You make viral content out of hair clips. You think of hooks, formats and campaigns that excite people.
• Ideas, ideas, ideas. You draw them from trends, DMs, everyday life and translate them onto our brand.

Qualifikation

• You are absolutely obsessed with content. Hooks, copy, formats, trends, you study them because you can't do otherwise.
• You have already built hundreds of reels/videos/posts that worked.
• You have a sense for creators and a network that you can activate.
• You are data-affine enough to know what works and honest enough to kill what doesn't.
• You take 100% ownership, work independently and don't need anyone to motivate you.
• You burn for beauty, brands and building.
• German on a native speaker level.
