We are looking for an experienced marketer who is passionate about sustainable building materials! At HanseGrand Klimabaustoffe, we bring the blue-green infrastructure forward, unlock spaces, provide green roofs, improve microclimates, and have been pioneers in climate-adapted construction for 25 years. I am Timon, and together with our team, we develop and market future-oriented, sustainable building materials nationwide. We are growing continuously and therefore seek a motivated:

Aufgaben

This is what you can expect from HanseGrand

Marketing with foresight and organizational talent: You plan, coordinate, and organize our marketing at HanseGrand

• Strategic planning: You develop marketing concepts to increase brand awareness and lead generation in our target groups (architects, planners, building authorities) and keep an eye on the budget.
• Drive and fresh ideas: You monitor the market, speak with colleagues, customers, and partners to develop new marketing ideas
• Event management: You plan and organize participation in trade fairs, events, and customer events.
• Factsheet and content creation: You create and optimize content (articles, brochures, flyers, press releases, social media posts, videos) around our innovative, sustainable materials.
• Communication: You maintain and steer our digital and traditional channels (website, social media, newsletter, physical catalog) and optimize them in terms of SEO/SEA and performance.
• Your team: You work closely with sales, professional external service providers, and the central office in Selsingen.

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• Educational background/study: Study/Ausbildung in the field of marketing/communication or equivalent work experience - it's up to you
• Mindset and purpose: Take action instead of just talking! You find a solution for every marketing challenge and enjoy pushing sustainable building.
• Knowledge: e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, online marketing tools.
• Languages: German (C2 or native language), English at least (B1)
