Marketing Manager CRM

We are noms+, the green pet care brand from Germany: dental care, parasite protection, supplements, and snacks for dogs and cats, PETA approved vegan & cruelty-free and made in Germany. We sell directly to pet owners (D2C) through our own online shop, Amazon, and retail and want every contact with noms+ to feel really good.

That's exactly why we're looking for you: You will be the mastermind behind our customer journey. You will ensure that our customers have an unforgettable experience before and after their purchase.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the complete customer journey: what the customer experiences, at what point, and why.
• You will design the unboxing experience: boxes, inserts, flyers, greeting cards, product presentation.
• You will conceptualize and manage our email journeys throughout the entire lifecycle: onboarding, post-purchase, reactivation.
• You will analyze touchpoints, identify gaps, and derive concrete improvements from them.
• You will independently implement designs in Canva, Affinity, or similar, from the idea to the finished asset.
• You will use AI tools to conceptualize, write, and design faster.
• You will work independently and be in direct exchange with the founders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Brand, CRM, or E-commerce.
• Very good Canva skills, you implement designs independently.
• Experience with email marketing or tools like Klaviyo, copywriting, or D2C.
• A keen sense for brand, design, and customer experience.
• You are AI-savvy and enjoy working with new tools.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and think from the customer's perspective.
• You live in the greater Hannover area.

Nice to have, but not a must

• You have a dog yourself and know our target audience from real life.
