Inway Systems, a software and consulting company, offers industry-specific ERP and CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. We provide optimization and analysis of business processes as well as connected add-ons, modules, and industry solutions for the introduction of ERP and CRM systems.

With our experienced team of more than 110 employees at locations in Neu-Ulm, Cologne, Chemnitz, Berlin, Hamburg, and Kiel, we are close to our customers!

Join Inway Systems now and support us with 30-40 working hours per week.

Aufgaben

You bring Inway forward and position us successfully in the market. This includes:

• Content-Strategie & -Erstellung: You develop and are responsible for our content strategy and create targeted contents for our website, blog, as well as for articles and whitepapers.
• Website-Management: You maintain and optimize the contents of our website (in cooperation with our agency) and ensure that they are SEO-optimized and user-friendly.
• Blog-Management: You are responsible for planning, researching, writing, and publishing regular blog posts on topics related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, and digitalization.
• Webinar-Verantwortung: You plan and organize our webinars. This includes theme finding in consultation with our consultants, coordination of speakers, technical implementation, as well as follow-up and lead handover.
• Zusammenarbeit: You work closely with the sales and consulting departments to translate technical content into understandable and appealing marketing messages.
• Erfolgsmessung: You monitor the performance of your contents and webinars based on relevant KPIs and derive optimization measures from them.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You have already gained several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the context of IT, software, or consulting.
• Content-Expertise: You are a passionate content creator with proven experience in writing high-quality texts for websites and blogs. A good sense of language and storytelling sets you apart.
• Webinar-Erfahrung: You have already successfully planned and conducted webinars or other online events.
• Tech-Affinität: You possess a high affinity to technology topics and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex software solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Kenntnisse: You have experience working with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, TYPO3) and ideally bring basic knowledge of SEO.
• Arbeitsweise: You work independently, structured, and proactively. Teamwork and open communication are self-evident to you.
• Sprachen: Your German language skills are at a native speaker level in writing and speaking, and you have good English language skills.
