Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

Are you ready to join a rapidly growing travel organizer in the premium segment? Emirates Holidays has been represented in Germany since recently and is located at the heart of Frankfurt am Main. Emirates Holidays belongs to the Emirates group, which has its headquarters in Dubai.

Aufgaben

This position revolves around marketing the right products at the optimal price within the right marketing channels to fill our Emirates flights from Germany to our home airport in Dubai and beyond.

We are looking for employees with experience, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality. You must be flexible, innovative, and passionate about your work and able to work both as part of a team and individually successfully.

Most important responsibilities and areas of responsibility

• Strategic expansion of brand presence into a leading premium travel organizer
• Planning and implementation of the annual marketing plan (in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders) including budget responsibility
• Strategic planning and operational implementation of seasonal campaigns
• Adaptation of global campaigns for the DACH market
• Steering of online and offline marketing measures
• Planning and implementation of trade shows, sponsoring events, and other B2C activations
• Ongoing ROI reporting for all marketing activities to measure the success of implemented measures and identify optimization potential
• Planning, negotiating, and implementing marketing measures in cooperation with hotels and tourism associations
• Responsibility for the further development of existing email marketing as well as website content in terms of SEO and current or future trends
• Editing texts in German language around travel and leisure topics
• Briefing external designers and agencies, as well as independent creation of brand-compliant assets for all marketing channels (e.g. brochures, other print materials, trade show equipment, digital and social media)
• Factual and disciplinary leadership of two subordinatesTight collaboration with the sales and product team as well as the online marketing team in Dubai

Qualification

(i.e. requirements (including qualifications) for this position):

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce, ideally with a travel organizer
• Degree in Marketing / Communication
• Affinity and passion for tourism and the destinations of the Near East and Indian Ocean
• Very good knowledge of Salesforce MarketingCloud or similar newsletter tools, CMS tools, Google Analytics, Photoshop & MS Office; desirable: GoogleAds, SISTRIX, PowerBI, Microstrategy
• A very good sense of language as well as excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking (you are a native German speaker)
• Outstanding business and numerical understanding, as well as secure handling of Excel and an analytical working style
• High self-motivation, self-organization, team ability, resilience, and engagement to achieve performance and business goals
• Persuasive power and decision-making confidence
• Ideal experience in leading a small teamReadiness for business trips
