Your Role

As Marketing Manager:in Brand & Content, you will be responsible for how Skalar is perceived - online and offline. You will build our brand, produce content that reaches our target audience, and ensure that our name becomes a household name in the industry.

You will work closely with our Founding Growth Manager and our Founding Account Executive: The Growth Manager provides you with data on channels, reach and engagement. The AE brings directly from sales calls what clients are moved by, which questions they ask and which stories come to mind. You translate both into content, campaigns and brand work that generates awareness and qualified pipeline - and closes the loop back into the team. Perspectively, you will take over the entire responsibility for the marketing department.

Tasks

Content Creation

• Aufbau und Bespielung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Organic – LinkedIn, Instagram & Co.)
• Konzeption und Produktion von Inhalten für unseren eigenen Blog / Webseite
• Entwicklung von Formaten, die mittelständische Unternehmer und Gründer als Zielgruppe ernst nehmen (Long-Form, Video-Snippets, Case Studies)
• Release Notes – Konzeption und Umsetzung

Brand Building

• Schärfung und Skalierung der Skalar-Markenstimme über alle Kanäle
• Aufbau einer Marke, die in einer historisch verstaubten Branche wie ein Fremdkörper wirkt – im besten Sinne
• Verantwortung für visuelle und sprachliche Konsistenz

Reichweite & Beziehungen

• PR-Arbeit und Platzierung von Skalar in relevanten Podcasts
• Konzeption und Durchführung von Webinaren

Qualification

• Erfahrung im Brand- & Content-Marketing, idealerweise im Startup-, SaaS- oder Professional-Services-Umfeld
• Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau von Marken, Communities oder Content-Engines mit messbarer Reichweite
• Hands-on-Mentalität: Du kannst eine Content-Idee von der Konzeption über die Produktion bis zur Veröffentlichung selbst umsetzen
• Sehr gutes Gespür für Storytelling, visuelle Ästhetik und Markenführung
• Nice to have: Verständnis für SEO-Grundlagen und Content-Distribution
• Exzellentes Sprachgefühl auf Deutsch (verhandlungssicher, idealerweise Muttersprache); Englisch fließend
• Lust, in einem Frühphasen-Team mit hoher Eigenverantwortung zu arbeiten – ohne ausgereifte Prozesse, dafür mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum
