Job description
We are Fassisi
Fassisi makes rapid tests for veterinarians: for small animals, livestock, horses. Our tests are used worldwide, from the general practitioner's office to the large laboratory. We are small, but growing, and we know exactly what we're doing.
Mostly dogs in the office. That's something you should know.
Aufgaben
The Role
You are responsible for marketing our products. To customers, distributors, and partners outside. Internally, you work directly with everyone who knows the product.
In everyday life:
- You plan marketing measures for our product portfolio and implement them. Texts, materials, campaigns — whatever is needed.
- You maintain existing customer relationships and recognize where more is possible.
- You create texts and documents: product descriptions, claims, presentations, user information.
- You manage our website and social media channels and develop them further.
- You communicate with veterinarians, laboratories, and international partners. By email, phone, at trade fairs.
- You answer product questions, clarify complaints, and find solutions. Professionally, not just friendly.
- You bring new products to market, from preparation to launch.
- You work directly with the management, development, and production. Short paths, no three hierarchical levels in between.
This is not a pure desk job. You must enjoy talking to people and having an instinct for what they really need.
Qualifikation
What you bring
For this position, there are two things we don't compromise on:
1. Experience in marketing.
You know how to position products, plan communication, and prepare content. You're familiar with the difference between a marketing strategy and an action list. That's something you've already done for at least two to three years, ideally in the B2B field.
2. Genuine scientific understanding.
Whether through a degree in biology, biotechnology, or veterinary medicine, or through professional experience in a corresponding environment: it doesn't matter. What's important is that you really understand what you're working with. If someone explains how an immunoassay works, you want to understand it. You'll have to explain our products, and without this understanding, you'll struggle.
In addition:
- Very good German, good English. You will write in both languages.
- You work independently and don't lose sight of the bigger picture.
- You feel at home in a small company where many things are still being built.
Helpful but not necessary:
- Experience with website management and social media communication in the B2B context.
- First professional experience with regulatory documents or GMP environments.
- Experience with international sales partners.
We'll get you thoroughly integrated. You don't need to know everything from day one.
Benefits
What we offer
- Close cooperation with management. You talk directly to the people who decide.
- We have no established marketing apparatus. What you build here stays.
- Flexible working hours within the company's workflow.
- Further education at your request.
- A market-average salary.
- A team that works professionally and treats each other with respect. Even when it gets stressful.
How we work
We expect self-responsibility and offer genuine scope for action. We work efficiently, not hectically. We work in defined processes. Whoever sees this as bureaucracy will struggle here. Errors occur. What's important is that you talk about it.
Interest?
No cover letter necessary. Send us an example of something you've created, and tell us why exactly this position interests you. Not why you're motivated. Why Fassisi, why here.
