The Elektro-Phase GmbH is a well-established specialist company for photovoltaic systems and electrical installations with a proven track record in planning, installation, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems. Alone in the year 2023, we have already successfully realized over 400 projects. We are proud to offer our customers clean and sustainable energy solutions that not only protect the environment but also enable significant cost savings.
We currently employ over 45 employees.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Marketing Manager & Social Media Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit, who takes care of and further develops our company websites as well as independently creates content for our social media channels.

Note: This position will only be filled part-time.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Maintenance, care, and content-based further development of our company websites
• Planning, creation, and publication of content for social media channels
• Development of creative campaigns to increase reach and brand awareness
• Editorial preparation of texts, images, and videos
• Creation of posts, stories, and short video formats
• Monitoring and analysis of online activities including reporting
• Community management and active interaction with our customers
• Coordination with internal departments and external partners
• Support for further marketing and sales actions

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Degree or study in the field of Marketing, Media, Communication, or comparable
• Experience in social media management and website maintenance
• Safe handling of CMS systems and common social media tools
• Creativity, text security, and sense for modern design
• Basic knowledge of image and video editing
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Interest in trends in online marketing

Your work scope

• Part-time position with a scope of about 20 to 25 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling of working hours after consultation
