Aufgaben

Your mission at morefire:

As a Marketing Manager:in in the internal marketing team of morefire, you are responsible for central areas that have a direct impact on our own marketing and sales performance.

• CRM & Marketing Automation: You develop our CRM- and marketing automation processes in HubSpot continuously further, ensure high data quality, and set targeted email marketing measures in motion.
• Content Management: You coordinate and manage our marketing contents, from case studies to blog articles to other digital content formats.
• KI & Process Automation: You identify automation potential, implement KI-based processes with LLMs and interface tools, and bring new KI knowledge actively into our marketing team.
• Events & Trade Shows: You plan, organize, and accompany our trade show and event appearances from preparation to follow-up.
• Marketing Strategy: You develop measures that strengthen our brand and support our marketing and sales performance sustainably.
• Project Management: You manage marketing projects independently and ensure their successful implementation.
• Collaboration & Development: You work with students, steer their tasks, and take over their professional guidance.

Qualification

You bring:

• Marketing, CRM & HubSpot: You bring experience in digital marketing and a good understanding of CRM processes, customer journeys, and segmentation. Ideally, you have already worked with HubSpot.
• KI & Automation: You are enthusiastic about KI and marketing automation and have first-hand experience with automation tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier – or willingness to get involved.
• Tech Understanding: You enjoy technical-logistical thinking and work yourself into new tools and topics.
• Analytical & Solution-Oriented Thinking: You quickly recognize connections, work structured, and develop practical solutions for complex questions.
• Hands-on Mentality: You take responsibility, set ideas independently in motion, and bring projects to a successful conclusion.
• Communication: You communicate confidently in German and English and can convey complex topics clearly – both written and orally.
• Location: You live in the Cologne area and have the opportunity to regularly come to our office.
