Marketing Manager

Growth Marketing Manager Remote Team Solutions is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for one of our U.S.-based clients in the hospitality industry. This is not a “set it and forget it” marketing role. We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can take ownership of paid media performance, customer acquisition, CRM initiatives, and campaign optimization across a fast-paced, multi-location restaurant portfolio. The right person for this role knows how to look at campaign data, identify opportunities for improvement, develop and execute strategies to drive growth, and measure the impact of their efforts. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention • Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM initiatives • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing • Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams • Providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI • Identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth and expansion.
