Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote Shift Esperanza's brand and properties; Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials and campaigns; Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies; Building relationships with potential buyers, partners, and collaborators through targeted outreach efforts; Staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in real estate marketing.
