We're Hiring | Growth Marketing Manager — Meta Ads Remote | Full-Time We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own Meta Ads end-to-end for a fast-scaling D2C subscription ecommerce company. This is not a "maintain and report" role. This is a build, fix, and scale role. What you'll own: Full Meta Ads account restructure: CBO consolidation, audience cleanup, exclusion lists, and sustainable account architecture A structured creative testing framework with real pass/watch/kill thresholds for ad copy, targeting options, and bidding strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives revenue and customer acquisition through Meta Ads. This includes but is not limited to: Campaign planning and execution across multiple Meta Ads platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network) Ad creative development and testing, including image, video, carousel, and story ads Ad targeting and optimization strategies, including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based targeting Ad budgeting and bidding strategies, including cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per click (CPC), and cost per thousand impressions (CPM) Meta Ads account management, including ad group setup, ad rotation, and ad removal Campaign reporting and analysis, including campaign performance metrics and insights What you'll need: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field Strong understanding of Meta Ads platforms and their respective targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies Experience with ad creative development and testing, including image, video, carousel, and story ads Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team Strong communication and project management skills What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-impact projects and contribute to the growth of a fast-scaling ecommerce company Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team of professionals Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
