We are a strong team that has a common goal in sight and holds the course and sails tight even in strong winds.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for our online and offline marketing areas with a clear focus on our end customers (B2C)
• You will independently manage our channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), create strategic monthly editorial and content plans, and develop new platforms and formats – e.g. YouTube and podcasts
• You are the interface for our influencer marketing and steer cooperation in the B2C sector – both digitally and at on-site events
• The implementation of marketing measures such as mailings and the creation of expert advisory materials and graphics (e.g. via Canva or Photoshop) are within your responsibility
• You will communicate safely in Polish (native language) and English (advanced) and ideally bring German skills to successfully represent our brand

Qualification

• You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing – focus on online marketing
• A completed degree in the field of marketing, communication, business administration-marketing, or a comparable field is advantageous
• You have good text competence and a fine sense for graphics and layout
• You possess strong skills in project management and organizing marketing projects
• You look beyond the horizon, bring your own ideas, and work solution-oriented
• A connection to nutrition and health topics is highly desirable
