Aufgaben

• You will actively work on planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies.
• You plan marketing campaigns and implement them independently.
• You create and optimize workflows for automated lead generation.
• You conduct performance analyses to continuously improve campaign results.
• You optimize landing pages, funnels, and journeys to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifikation

• As a Marketing Manager, you possess great conceptual strength and a good sense for target group communication.
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies and data-driven campaign optimization.
• You have experience with marketing automation tools, technical understanding of interfaces, data flows, and trigger logics.
• You possess a solution-oriented and proactive work style, result-oriented mindset paired with creative skills.
• You possess high adaptability and willingness to learn and curiosity for new knowledge.
• You have excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
