Aufgaben

Your tasks on deck:

• You manage and take responsibility for online and offline marketing areas, campaigns, and projects for end customers as well as therapists and pharmacists
• You optimize our customer retention measures through various channels, whether it's through postal direct marketing measures, the customer experience on the website, the sent package or in-person consultation
• Whether online or offline: Content creation and campaign management let your heart beat faster and are your strength
• Your creative ideas, you set with a lot of energy and passion directly yourself, in the marketing team or together with the graphic team to implement.
• You feel at home in classical online and offline marketing, but are also open and curious to learn about new areas and try them out.
• You are part of the marketing team and act here also cross-thematically.

Qualification

We expect from you:

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in online and offline marketing
• A completed degree in the field of marketing, communication, business administration-marketing or a comparable field or a completed training program and corresponding work experience
• You possess strong skills in project management and organizing marketing projects, want to take responsibility and are an absolute team player
• You have good text competence and a fine sense for graphics and layout
• You look beyond the horizon, bring your own ideas and work solution-oriented and goal-oriented
• You have a proactive, reliable, conscientious and self-reliant working style with an outstanding maker mentality
