You take on the strategic and operational responsibility for all marketing activities and build IQ Capital as a strong brand in the Prop Trading market further.

Aufgaben

• You take overall responsibility for the marketing of IQ Capital
• You develop and steer our social media strategy (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• You conceptualize video scripts, landing pages, and email campaigns
• You plan and coordinate marketing projects as well as external service providers (designers, video editors, etc.)
• You create and optimize landing pages (concept, structure, copy)
• You build email campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows
• You strategically plan video content and create clear briefings
• You optimize funnel structures and increase conversion rates
• You track performance KPIs and lead data-driven optimizations
• You develop affiliate structures and coordinate partnerships
• You strengthen our positioning and build the IQ Capital brand further in the Prop Trading market

Qualifikation

• Experience: Notable successes in performance marketing – ideally in the finance, trading, or fintech field.
• Copywriting: Very strong copy skills in German and English.
• Multi-Channel Competence: Experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
• Funnel Understanding: Understanding of customer journey, conversion optimization, and performance mechanisms.
• Landing Page Experience: Ability to conceptually and textually create landing pages.
• Email Marketing: Experience with tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
• Mindset: Strategic and operational thinking combined. Performance- and data-driven.
• Workstyle: Self-motivated, structured, self-responsible.
• Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

Bonus

• Experience in the trading, crypto, or finance field
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma)
• Experience in video scripting
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing
