As Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in the digital building technology sector, you will develop our brand wibutler further – strategically, creatively, and with a clear goal: creating visibility that generates leads. Whether Smart Building or Smart Home – you will make our platform visible at manufacturers, housing companies, and other target groups. Full-time, 40 hours/week

Tasks

• Brand & Positioning: You will develop our external representation further and strengthen our visibility as a platform for digital building technology.
• Marketing Strategy: Together with the team, you will develop our marketing strategy further – including target group segmentation, value propositions, and cross-channel communication lines.
• Product Marketing & Go-to-Market: You will conceive creative contents and campaigns for our most important touchpoints – from blog articles and whitepapers to sales materials, use cases, and success stories.
• Content & Sales Enablement: You will conceive relevant contents for marketing and sales channels.
• Website & SEO: You will develop landing pages, optimize existing content, and ensure that our website is found and understood (WordPress / Shopware 6).
• Social Media: You will manage our social media channels – with a focus on LinkedIn. Strategy, editorial plan, content creation, and community management included.
• Events & Partner: You will develop trade show concepts, manage their implementation, and ensure consistent brand presence at events and workshops.
• Tools & Workflows: You will work with modern marketing tools and automate processes using AI – including ChatGPT, Google Analytics, Asana, Canva, Adobe XD, Zapier, CleverReach.

Qualification

• Marketing Experience: You have first-hand or more extensive experience in marketing – ideally in a technology- or platform-related environment.
• Strategic Thinking & Content Competence: You understand how positioning, target group understanding, and contents work together, and can translate this into concrete measures.
• Go-to-Market Knowledge: You bring an understanding of product marketing and launch communication, and are eager to work with Product & Sales to bring new solutions to market.
• Communication Strength & Team Spirit: You are open, communicative, and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team – on the same level as Sales, Product, and Partners.
• Structure & Drive: You work independently, structured, and with a hands-on mentality, and have no fear of rethinking things.
• Digital Mindset: You are interested in digital trends, automation, new tools, and AI-based workflows.
• Linguistic Feeling: You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking and can present complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
