To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Marketing Manager (m/w/d), who will help us take our customers' digital presence to the next level.

Tasks

As Marketing Manager, you are the strategic head behind our campaigns and the motor for the success of our customers. You take responsibility for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies across various channels.

• Strategy Development: You develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our customers, from Social Media to Content Creation to Influencer Marketing.
• Campaign Management: You plan, steer, and monitor cross-channel marketing campaigns and ensure that all goals are achieved.
• Customer Consulting: You are the central point of contact for our customers, advising them proactively and building long-term, trusting relationships.
• Team Leadership: You lead and inspire a team of Content Creators and Social Media Managers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Performance Analysis: You analyze the performance of your campaigns, create informative reports, and derive recommendations from them.
• Trend Scouting: You keep an eye on the latest trends in digital marketing and know how to use them profitably for our customers.

Qualification

What you bring:

• Experience: You have several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in an agency or a dynamic startup environment.
• Expertise: You possess comprehensive knowledge in the fields of Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, and Influencer Marketing.
• Strategic Thinking: You are able to understand complex relationships and develop clear, implementable strategies from them.
• Leadership Qualities: You have already gained experience in leading teams and understand how to motivate and develop your employees.
• Communication Strength: You communicate convincingly and professionally, both internally and externally.
• Passion: You are passionate about digital marketing and have the unwavering will to achieve the best results.
