As a certified manufacturer of software as a medical device and provider of medical services, we develop a KI-gestützte Telemedizinplattform, which enables cross-sectoral care and supports medical professionals specifically. Our solutions combine clinical expertise with technological excellence – for data-driven, quality-oriented, and future-proof medicine.

Aufgaben

• Positioning TCC on the market and developing a clear brand strategy
• Independent and responsible project work in operational marketing
• Creating and maintaining marketing materials, presentations, and sales documents
• Content creation for website and social media
• Content planning and 360-degree activation across all relevant channels (website, social media, events)
• Implementing integrated campaigns (digital, offline, conferences)
• Organizing and conducting trade shows and conferences, including concept and organizational design of symposia in close coordination with the C-Level
• Steering and coordinating external partners such as agencies, exhibition builders, and service providers
• Creating thought leadership content for professional audiences and industry media
• Analyzing market trends and deriving growth strategies
• Monitoring and optimizing marketing KPIs

Qualifikation

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent education
• 5-10 years of experience in strategic and operational marketing or on the agency side
• First-hand practical experiences in marketing, ideally in a start-up/scale-up or in the MedTech/Healthcare industry
• Affinity to digital marketing channels
• A strong interest in technology, innovation, and the healthcare market
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Creative, structured, and proactive working style
• Familiarity with common marketing tools
• Teamwork, communication strength, and willingness to learn
