Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Focus Germany

At Crevel Europe, we import and distribute international food and snack brands such as Tajín, Isadora, Herdez, and Van Holten's in Europe. For our growth in Germany, we are looking for someone who independently manages brand plans, agencies, and trade marketing – with a direct line to the Head of Commercial DACH.

Responsibilities

Your Mission:

🎯 Develop annual and quarterly plans with our international brand partners

🤝 Brief, select, and manage agencies (Social, Creator, Events, Promotion)

🛍️ Combine tastings, sampling, events & digital campaigns into a strong overall picture

📦 Accompany POS and display projects from idea to delivery

💼 Support Key Account Managers with strong listing arguments and launch packages for grocery retail, discounters & co.

🤖 Actively use AI tools in research, briefings, and content production

Qualifications

What you bring:

✔️ ~7 years of marketing experience in the FMCG/consumer goods sector

✔️ Good instinct for German retail and commercial thinking

✔️ Experience in managing external agencies

✔️ Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel

✔️ Very good German, confident business English – Spanish is a plus

✔️ Practical AI experience in everyday marketing
