Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and consistent presentation of the Peters+Peters brand (Corporate Design, logo, all channels)
• Definition of goals, positioning, and annual planning with management
• Briefing, management, and quality control of external agencies and service providers
• Ongoing maintenance, further development, and SEO of the company website and project-related pages
• Editorial planning and content for LinkedIn, as well as building an Instagram funnel for lead generation
• Responsibility for Google Business, YouTube, Yelp, Bing, WhatsApp, and real estate portals
• Tracking and analysis of campaigns for success measurement and continuous optimization of measures
• Design of signs, banners, and signage (e.g., Open House, flag signs)
• Cross-channel content for website, social media, and print

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a marketing role with responsibility for strategy and operational implementation, ideally in the real estate industry, in the sales of complex products, or on the agency side
• Experience in building and managing a brand, including corporate design and brand communication
• Experience in managing agencies and external service providers
