Marketing Manager (m/f/d): Newsletter, Website & Content
Job description
We are looking for someone who doesn't just plan marketing, but actually does it.
You want to be responsible for your own channels instead of just completing tasks. And you want to see for yourself if what you publish actually works?
You work with AI because it makes you faster, yet you still recognize when a result isn't good enough?
Then you are in the right place with us.
immocloud is one of Germany's leading PropTech companies. Over 18,500 satisfied landlords and property managers use our software, with more than 525,000 units managed through it. Our marketing is a small team with short communication lines: besides you, there is Performance Marketing for our advertising channels and our Team Lead for brand, product communication, and events, to whom you will also report.
You will take over our organic channels: Website, newsletter, and magazine belong to you, and you will also be involved in our social media.
One skill counts more with us than all others: You can distill complex property management content into its essence and empathize with our customers so that you can clearly communicate the added value of the software.
Responsibilities
Your Focus Areas:
- You are responsible for our Website and our Magazine: optimizing articles, building landing pages, adding FAQ sections, implementing SEO recommendations. You work directly in WordPress and decide for yourself what comes next.
- The Newsletter will be yours: editorial plan, setup, distribution, analysis. You coordinate the content with our Team Lead, and the operational responsibility is yours.
- You produce our Webinars from invitations to the registration page to post-event follow-up. You will also coordinate with partners yourself in the future.
- You analyze yourself how our content is performing. You read Search Console and Analytics independently, build your own dashboards, and derive from them where we should optimize on-page.
This is also included:
- Together with the Team Lead, you manage our organic social media channels, i.e., Instagram and the LinkedIn company page. You plan topics, write posts, build assets, and publish them at a consistent frequency.
- You provide creatives for our advertisements in close coordination with Performance Marketing.
- You maintain our Canva templates and design elements so that Sales, Support, and Product can help themselves.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in online marketing or content.
- Experience with newsletter tools (Mailchimp or Brevo) and setting up automation.
- Very proficient in WordPress: building posts and pages yourself, setting meta data, maintaining a clean structure.
- SEO fundamentals and experience with tools like Sistrix to independently analyze and interpret data.
- Data curiosity. You can read Search Console and Google Analytics and build a dashboard from them. You don't need SQL, but an interest in numbers.
- Reliability in frequency: Through structured planning, you ensure continuous presence on the channels.
- AI as a daily working method. You naturally use Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools and think within a system, not just in individual chats.
- Initiative and prioritization skills: You keep an overview of multiple topics and make reasoned decisions about what comes first.
- Fluent German in spoken and written communication at C2 level.
Advantageous
- Proficient in Instagram and LinkedIn or YouTube
- Canva experience and a good eye for appealing design
- Experience with B2B software or in the real estate industry.
Benefits
- Own channels with own decisions: After onboarding, you will send newsletters and publish on the website without long approval loops. And you will decide for yourself what follows from your analysis, instead of submitting suggestions.
- Great impact: Small team, short communication lines, direct contact with Product, Sales, and Support.
- Responsibility that grows with you: If you master a new area, you will officially take it over, with the decision-making freedom that comes with it.
- Clear agreements: You know what is expected of you and receive regular feedback.
- Hybrid work model: Düsseldorf and home office, at least three days a week on-site.
- Modern office with good public transport connections.
- 30 days of vacation + fair compensation
- A strong team: Colleagues who take responsibility and share knowledge.
- Regular team events & genuine collaboration: Not mandatory events, but genuine interest.
If you are eager to truly take responsibility for our channels and look behind the numbers, then you are a good fit for us. A short cover letter is enough if it states why this role suits you. Two or three references from your previous work tell us more than any list of tools.
Questions beforehand? Feel free to contact Dominik Frings, our Team Lead Marketing, directly.
