Aufgaben

The following lies in your hands:

• Brand Building & Visibility – You sharpen our brand profile and make our strengths visible among the right clients
• Employer Branding & Recruiting – You develop modern job postings, optimize the career page, and analyze the applicant journey – from apprentices to tax consultants
• Content & Editing – You build our editorial system along our content pillars: expertise, digitalization, team & law firm culture, recruiting, network, and proximity to clients
• Social Media & Website – You are responsible for LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and website optimization
• Production – You produce photos, videos, and graphics with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, and AI tools – preferably also with colleagues in front of the camera
• Analysis & Control – You conduct a marketing audit, observe the competition, and establish reporting with relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, website traffic, applications)
• Marketing Processes – You build structured workflows instead of managing single actions

Qualification

You can score points:

• You bring at least 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing with a focus on content, social media, or employer branding
• You are familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Lightroom
• You can think strategically and take action yourself – from concept to finished post
• You have a sense for text, image language, and target groups – regardless of whether it's small businesses, entrepreneurs, or private individuals
• You enjoy inspiring colleagues for marketing and working on topics from the law firm
• You are curious about AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and digital work
• Tax consulting experience is not a must – but interest in the world of tax consulting and auditing is already
