Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Marketing Manager (m/w/d) who will further advance the brands of our corporate group.

We are looking for a marketing all-rounder on a full-time basis (40 hours / week), who feels at home in various departments within marketing.

Travel readiness: Regular attendance at the Cologne location (approx. 4-5 days / month).

Tasks

• Participation in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
• Event and trade fair planning, as well as implementation
• Planning, implementation, and analysis of online and offline marketing campaigns
• Collaboration with internal teams and external service providers (agencies, partners)
• Conceptualization & creation of measures and materials for sales support & lead generation
• Evaluation and optimization of our measures based on relevant KPIs

In addition, the following tasks may also be of interest to you

• Care and further development of social media channels together with the Social Media Team
• Creation of content for various platforms (website, blog, newsletter, social media)
• Care and further development of our online presences
• Support for our CRM & Customer Journey Teams

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in marketing, ideally in a similar position
• Creativity, self-initiative, and analytical thinking
• Safe handling of common graphic and analysis tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Travel readiness: regular attendance at the Cologne location (approx. 4-5 days / month)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
