Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - full-time

As Packaging Contor Nord, we combine expertise, creativity, and North German roots – and exactly for that, we're looking for you: a Marketing Manager (m/w/d) who makes our brand visible and develops it further.

Tasks

- Development and implementation of marketing strategies for our vkn brand, as well as our subsidiaries NLG and Vivaquell

- Planning and creation of content for website, social media, blog, and newsletter

- Further development of our employer branding and brand communication

- Conceptualization and implementation of campaigns (B2B focus)

- Planning and implementation of photo and image content – from employee portraits to product and packaging photography to authentic insights into the working day

- Maintenance and optimization of our website (SEO, contents, structure)

- Analysis of marketing key figures and derivation of measures

- Collaboration with internal departments, agencies, and partners

- Support at trade shows, events, and customer projects

Qualification

- Education or degree in the field of marketing, communication, media, or comparable

- Professional experience in marketing (B2B advantageous)

- Sense for brands, trends, and target groups

- Experience with social media, content creation, and online marketing

- Structured, independent working style and team spirit

- Open and communicative; someone who thinks along and actively participates

- Safe handling of common tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CMS, social media tools)
