• You are responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities for the acquisition of potential clients and qualified employees
• Promotion and further development of the website, as well as guidance and supervision of all social media channels
• You create suitable content according to target group in consultation with HR and colleagues
• Monitoring, steering, and optimization of campaigns on various social media channels
• You observe market trends and developments in the industry
• Guidance of various service providers

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in marketing, economics, communication sciences or comparable field
• Additionals further education in the area of digital marketing
• Multiple years of work experience in marketing in a similar position
• Very good English skills
• Strong team orientation, communication strength, service orientation
