Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Focus: B2B & Product Marketing

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Focus: B2B & Product Marketing

at the Ulm-Blaustein location, with permanent full-time employment (40h/week)

Tasks

• Product Marketing & Campaigns: You develop targeted B2B marketing campaigns and communication concepts for our own software products
• Content Creation: You populate our homepage and social media channels with relevant, captivating content
• Graphic & GUI Design: You design brochures, flyers, and presentations, and prepare visual screen assets and interface layouts (e.g., using Figma / Adobe XD) for our software development teams
• Web Performance: You maintain and optimize our WordPress homepage and drive efficiency improvements through the use of modern AI tools
• Event Management: You conceptualize, organize, and manage our trade fair appearances (approx. 2–4 trade fairs per year) from the initial idea to on-site execution

Qualifications

• Solid Foundation: A completed degree (e.g., Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Media Economics, Communication Design) or a comparable qualification
• Industry Experience: Relevant professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally directly in the IT industry or in a software-driven/technical environment
• Creative Tools: Confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign), a good visual sense for digital user interfaces, or initial exposure to tools like Figma/Adobe XD are a big plus, but not a prerequisite
• Tech & AI Mindset: You are passionate about IT topics and eager to actively try out modern AI tools and use them to accelerate your daily workflows
• Personality: You are a strong communicator, enthusiastic about organization, and have a structured way of working
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills for professional communication with our B2B customers
