As part of the ecowindow Group, we specifically focus on modern technologies and KI-based approaches to further expand our market position. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager who will drive our online visibility forward and is eager to integrate innovative tools into daily work.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for creating and designing digital advertising materials, banners, and social media assets for Fenstermaxx24.
• Maintenance and functional optimization of landing pages and content pages within our WordPress environment.
• Use of KI tools (including text and image generation) to streamline content creation and scale marketing workflows.
• Support in daily business and SEO-compliant preparation of website content to increase conversion rates.
• Ensuring professional and consistent visual communication across all digital channels.

Qualification

• Experience: First-hand experience in digital marketing, design, or e-commerce (e.g., through training, studies, or first career stations).
• Design & Software: Secure handling of common design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign and basic knowledge of WordPress.
• Technology Affinity: High openness to the use of KI to increase efficiency in daily work and interest in modern marketing trends.
• Work Style: You are characterized by a structured, reliable work style and a pronounced Hands-on Mentality. You have a very good sense for visual communication, layout, and language.
• Language: Negotiation-safe German language skills in writing and speaking.
