Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

BOS Energieberatung GmbH in Augsburg is looking for marketing reinforcement!

We are looking for a (Junior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d), to start immediately, who will independently shape our marketing and, together with the management, further develop the external appearance and brand of BOS Energieberatung.

Tasks

Your tasks

Marketing & Social Media

• Development and implementation of marketing and social media strategies
• Planning, creation, and publication of photo, video, graphic, and text content
• Management and continuous development of our social media channels
• Community management as well as communication with interested parties and customers
• Development of creative content ideas and formats for our target groups
• Building and strengthening our employer brand (Employer Branding)

Online Marketing & Advertising

• Planning, placement, and optimization of online advertising campaigns
• Creation and management of advertisements on Google, Bing, and Meta
• Analysis and evaluation of campaigns and marketing measures
• Derivation of optimization potential from key figures and results
• SEO optimization and continuous improvement of our online visibility

Website & Corporate Presence

• Optimization and expansion of our website
• Maintenance and development of content
• Improvement of user navigation and conversion
• Development and implementation of corporate designs
• Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels
• Organization and correct ordering of marketing materials

Content & External Representation

• Accompanying our construction projects for media documentation
• Creation of image and video material on site
• Participation in trade fairs, events, customer appointments, and team events
• Organizational and media support for these appointments
• Support in the development and implementation of marketing and sales measures

Customers & After-Sale

• Accompanying our customers in the after-sale process
• Support in communication with customers after contract signing
• Preparation of customer projects for references, social media, and other marketing channels

Collaboration & Further Development

• Close collaboration with the management
• Development of new marketing ideas and independent implementation of projects
• Support in the further development of our brand and corporate communication

Qualifications

What you should bring

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a comparable course of study
• Initial professional experience in marketing, social media, or SEO desirable
• Interest in online marketing, social media, and digital communication
• Confident use of common social media platforms
• Creativity and a good sense for content, design, and current trends
• Structured and independent way of working
• Organizational talent and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactiveness and a desire to build and implement things independently
• Confident use of PC and common office applications
• Driver's license class B an advantage
• Confident use of WordPress and Canva desirable

📍 Work location: Augsburg

The position combines classic marketing work in the office with appointments on-site, construction site supervision, customer contact, and events. Therefore, you should enjoy not spending every day exclusively at your desk.
