Your Role

You're part of our small but powerful marketing team – and that means real autonomy instead of endless coordination loops.

With creative ideas, digital know-how, and a hands-on mentality, you drive our growth in the public sector actively forward. Your sense for target groups and your attention to detail come into play - from campaign and trade show planning to content production.

Tasks

• Events, Trade Shows & Webinars that connect: From the initial idea to the after-report – you plan, organize, and steer our entire event format portfolio: industry trade shows, customer events, webinars, and community formats. You coordinate external service providers, keep all internal threads together, and ensure that every event aligns with our growth targets.
• Content that sticks: Website, Social Media, Blog, Brochures, Pitch Decks – you develop content that fits your target audience and really lands. You know which format works on which channel, brief external writers or agencies, write yourself – and bring everything into close alignment with Sales, CS, and Product.
• KPIs that count: You set clear goals, track your measures consistently, and lead decisions from them. No activism for the sake of activism – you know what works, and optimize continuously based on the metrics that really matter.
• Collaboration that's fun: Sales, Customer Success, and Product are your closest sparring partners. You get early input, provide proactive context back, and ensure that marketing doesn't work in isolation but is recognized as a genuine growth driver. Short distances, one team.

Qualification

• 2-3 years of experience in digital B2B marketing – ideally in SaaS or Tech
• You have Events, Trade Shows, or Webinars that you planned and executed independently – from conception to after-report, including steering external service providers
• You're an Organization talent: You manage multiple projects parallel, keep deadlines in check, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and don't wait for someone else to take the first step
• You think in Zielgruppen, Funnels, and Channels – and know which lever to pull when
• You know what strong content is – and can write it yourself
• You're fluent in German on a native level and English on C1+
