INSTATIQ is an innovative startup and a spin-off of the Putzmeister Group. We revolutionize the construction industry with our pioneering 3D concrete printing technology. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and engaged Marketing Manager (m/w/d), ideally full-time; part-time employment is also possible.

As Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will enhance our visibility and positioning with a clear focus on digital marketing and content. You will develop suitable measures for our target groups and implement them independently. The position is due to an upcoming parental leave representation for two years.

Aufgaben

Your tasks at INSTATIQ

• Strategic marketing and communications work
  Further development and implementation of the marketing and communications strategy to position INSTATIQ in the construction industry, as well as building and maintaining partnerships
• Website, lead generation & digital marketing
  Management and further development of the website with a focus on lead generation, as well as implementing online marketing measures (SEO/SEA, newsletter, campaigns)
• Social Media
  Management and further development of our social media channels including editorial planning, community management, and channel- and target group-oriented content distribution
• Content creation with a focus on construction projects & video
  Creation of high-quality contents for the website, presentations, marketing materials, and social media – particularly photo-, video-, and motion picture-content to showcase our construction projects, technologies, and solutions
• Press relations & public relations work
  Building and maintaining media contacts, creating press releases, and supporting external communication
• Event management
  Organization and marketing of customer events, trade fairs, workshops, and webinars to enhance visibility and positioning of INSTATIQ in the industry

Qualification

You bring with you

• Completed studies in the field of marketing, communication or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on digital marketing, branding and social media management
• Experience in creating creative content (text, image, video) and knowledge of graphic design and video editing
• Hands-on mentality, high initiative and joy in taking responsibility
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in German and English
• Experiences in planning and implementing events
• Knowledge of common marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Hubspot)
• Creativity and a sense for innovative trends, particularly in the tech- and construction sector
